| 80 to 100 | Your church/organization can handle upcoming succession well. |
| 60 to 80 | Your church/organization needs to address some specific succession planning areas to be ready for an upcoming transition.  |
| < 60 | Your church/organization is currently not ready for succession and will be greatly challenged by this upcoming transition. |
